About
Quiet Mastery
Quiet Mastery was born out of real friendship and real formation. Years ago, Joseph and Josh served together in ministry at a church in Chicago. Like all men, they experienced seasons of both strength and struggle—but the difference is they never walked alone. Even after Joseph moved to Texas and Josh moved to Utah, they committed to meeting every week for years, sharpening one another through accountability and discipleship as they pursued becoming better husbands, fathers, and men. Over time, Josh began to see a deeper issue facing men in the church—not a lack of desire, but a lack of consistent structure and brotherhood to sustain real growth. The app was originally built just for the two of them, a simple tool to stay spiritually engaged the other six days of the week. But as more men saw it and began asking for something they could use in their own lives and communities, they went to work. Together, they developed a rule of life and a manifesto for men’s spiritual formation, and let that vision shape everything inside Quiet Mastery. What men step into now isn’t theory—it’s the result of years of ministry, thousands of hours of discipleship, and a proven path for those who are serious about becoming like Jesus.
